For the Private Sessions shows - How far are the tables from each other?
We follow all guidelines set forth by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), state and local authorities regarding physical distancing. Tables will be set a minimum of 6 feet apart.
Can I switch my seats from one of the rescheduled shows to a Private Session show?
Unfortunately No. While there may be "Private Session" artists that will be common to shows that are postponed - each show has it’s own deposits and payments to talent agencies and artist management that are not common.
The deposits & payments we have made move with the show that is rescheduled, and we no longer have access to those funds. New shows require new deposits which we are making now for the “Private Sessions” series. A portion comes from company funds and the balance comes from sales of the specific shows, so we are not holding funds in hand from the rescheduled shows.
And, there is a per ticket price difference between the Private Sessions 50 person max shows and our other larger capacity shows. The Private Sessions tickets will include some special perks (specifics will be released closer to show date) that are not available in our other shows.
Are Hotel rooms available? If yes, how much?
Yes, they will be available at the special event rate of $129.00* for a double Queen or single King. (* plus local taxes)
What safety precautions is SmoothChicago.com taking?
